Starting the Process
The Quote: Once you have your destination information, fill out our on-line form or call us at
903-485-2216 so we may provide you with a free quote for the cost of moving your vehicle.
Once we receive this information, we will send you a contract that will lock in your rate. Our
response back to you can be either by fax, e-mail or regular ground mail. Which ever is most

Transportation Rate: The rate you will be quoted will indicate the cost of transporting your
vehicle from pickup through delivery. Any additional charges will also be indicated on contract.
Pickup and Delivery: Our ability to deliver either door to door or commercial area to
commercial area, will be based on the County or State Department of Transportation
regulations and restrictions. Most neighborhood streets can not accommodate the size of our
carriers. If that is the case, we will make arrangements to get as close to the your door as
possible. Shopping Malls or shopping centers near you are usually a good option.
Scheduling: Once all the proper documentation has been received, we will need approximately 1 to 7 days maybe longer in some cases in which to line up the truck that will be transporting your vehicle. Then at that point given an estimated pick up and delivery date.
Payment Method: Upon acceptance of the quote and contract with C.A.C. you will be asked to submit a small posting and processing fee that can be make with a credit card, wire transfer or overnght a cashier's check or money order. The balance will be due on delivery of the vehicle.
