Terms & Conditions

CAC agrees to
offer customer's automobile to a DOT authorized, licensed,
fully insured automobile transporter and to act as liaison
between the customer and the transporter before, and during
the transport.

While every
effort will be made to meet the customer's requested
scheduling, no guarantee of pickup or delivery can be made,
expressed or implied. Delays may occur due to carrier
schedules, mechanical failure, inclement weather, problems
with other customers, and unforeseen circumstances. If the
customer insists on pick up or delivery on a specific date,
CAC reserves the right to meet the customers requested
schedule, and the customer agrees to pay for this additional
service at actual cost.

"Door to Door
Service" means the truck will get as close to the physical
address as legally and safely possible. Customer and his
agent agree to meet the driver at a large parking lot for
pick up and/or delivery if requested by the transporter.

The customer shall provide alternate contacts in case of delay for whatever reason at pick up and delivery. The customer shall designate a person to act as there agent at either pick up or delivery if for any reason the customer will not be available. CAC will not be responsible for tow charges, yard charges, or redelivery charges occurred due to customer(s) inability to provide alternate contacts. When CAC provides a hauler and the hauler goes to get the car and the car is not available. There will be another charge of $50.00 to repost the car on the boards.

The customer
agrees to make full disclosure to CAC regarding the
operational status of the vehicle, if the vehicle is
oversized, has a lift kit, has been lowered, has luggage
racks, or a camper. This information is vital to insuring
your vehicle will be picked up and not left if it is larger
than noted on the paperwork. If the driver comes to pick up
this vehicle and it is larger than expected or if it is an
in-operative vehicle, a charge of up to $200.00 may be added
or the vehicle will be cancelled. NO EXCEPTIONS.

CAC assumes no
responsibility for auto rentals due to delays, damage or
accident.

Additional terms
and conditions apply to the transporter and appear on the
Bill of Lading/Condition Report. The customer and his agent
agree to fully inspect the vehicle at both pick up and
delivery, and annotate all damages on the carrier's Bill of
Lading/Condition Report BEFORE the driver leaves. Any and
all claims for damages not annotated on the Condition Report
will NOT BE HONORED! DO A THOROUGH INSPECTION! CAC will not
be responsible for any damages. All claims for in transit
damage must be addressed to the transporter.

Absolutely no
firearms, alcohol, hazardous material, contraband, and no
illegal substances may be allowed on the vehicle. Vehicles
are subject or inspection by DOT and/or State Police.

Customer agrees that giving his shipping information and/or credit card number to CAC via telephone or fax constitutes a verbal authorization to proceed and all terms and conditions will apply. Also by placing your order online you agree to the terms and conditions at the bottom of the order form as stated here.

All subrogation,
litigation or legal action against CAC must have right of
venue in the state of Texas, Hopkins County.

CAC will only offer a 50% refund within 72 hours of posting the order. No other refunds will be given no exceptions.
