My overall experience with Caviness, especially Tammy, has been very good. I have used them twice, one time to go from Florida to NY in May, 2007 and again from NY to Florida in August, 2007. I have found Caviness to be honest, accessible, and competitive with their pricing. The haulers they used were equally accessible for information after the cars were picked up. The pick up and drop off date were either on time or very close. I will be using them again in a few weeks and expect to use them in the late summer. I would definitely recommend them (and I have), to anyone needing auto transport.

Everything was handled professionally from the moment we got a quote to the timely manner that we received our car. The price was as quoted and the car arrived in perfect condition and on time. The whole process only took about 7 days. Tammy was very nice to talk to answered all of our questions and concerns. The hauler, Top Gun Ent. Inc. based in Texas kept us informed of his location 24 hours ahead of time and every couple of hours form the time he crossed into California. The driver called us about 45 minutes ahead of time of delivery and said he couldn't get in to our neighborhood as there were a lot of low trees so we met him 15 minutes away from our house at a Wal-mart parking lot. We are extremely pleased with the entire procedure and would definitely use them again..

Caviness Auto Carriers transported my car form Texas to Lousiana and they did a wonderful job. The pickup was on time as I had scheduled it with them and the delivery was on time as scheduled by the hauler. The girls in the office kept me up to date on the move of my car.
